Humans spend approximately 90% of their lives indoors, and roughly a third of that time is spent in the sleeping area. Having a healthy house is important, but it is even more critical to have a healthy sleeping area where your body can rest and rejuvenate. During the sleeping hours, your body repairs and detoxifies itself, which is an increasingly intense job given the exposures we encounter on a daily basis in today’s world. The choices you make in your sleeping area can either impede or support your body’s processes.
